Technical Specifications for all boats
All boat frames are manufactured from aircraft grade 062-T5 aluminum with stainless steel fasteners.

All fabric is Cordura- plus™ 1000 denier polyurethane back coated 10.7oz nylon fabric.
Each pontoon contains two independent full size urethane bladders, each with a Halkey Roberts self-deflating valve.. Each bladder is inflated to approximately 50%, filling the pontoon.  In the unlikely event of a leak while on a trip, simply pump up the other chamber to 100%, and the pontoon becomes its normal size again to maintain full weight capacity.  Pontoon bladders are easily repaired with a urethane patch kit.
The "Expedition" and "Double Haul" will easily fit into a Ford Ranger pickup bed with only pontoons removed and the tailgate down. They will also mount to the roof of any standard car with pontoons removed and the purchase of an optional car top accessory.
Boats are custom-made with a 3 week delivery time. Alterations are unlimited within reason: special front or rear electric motor mounts, sectional floors, standing platforms, or support rails, etc. Let us design one especially for your needs.
